These purple irises come up in our yard every spring. I wanted to preserve their short-lived beauty this year by capturing them with watercolor.
This print is a reproduction of the original watercolor painting.
Specs:
+ giclée printed on 260gsm textured cotton paper with archival ink
+ ready to frame in 8x10, 11x14, or 16x20
+ packaged with sturdy backing in clear sleeve and shipped in rigid mailer*
* 16x20 prints will ship separately in a mailing tube
How it’s made:
All art prints are printed in house on archival matte paper, then trimmed and packaged by hand at the May We Fly studio.

A general rule of thumb when framing an archival print is to make sure it is is UV protected and framing materials (mat, backing board) are archival.
