Payment

You can check out directly on this secure website with either credit card, Apple Pay, or PayPal. I will never collect or share your payment information.

Shipping

Once you place an order, my small team and I will begin printing, packaging, and getting it ready to ship. Everything is put together in house, so this process usually takes about 3-5 business days. Thank you for your patience!

When your order is ready, my trained Delivery Mouse will be on his way to bring you your items. Be on the lookout for a tiny hot air balloon floating down the street. It will have the name USPS on the side in very small letters. ;)

Returns & Exchanges

Almost all items available in the shop are hand-packaged at the studio and crafted with care. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with the item(s) you receive for any reason, I will gladly issue a full refund after the item has been returned. 

You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item. Your refund will be issued within 5 business days after we receive it back here at the shop.
