In this fun Mother’s Day workshop you will learn all of the watercolor techniques you need to paint your own mother hen and baby chick! We’ll cover everything from blending color to creating texture and patterns. I hope you can join us!

I am running a Mother’s Day special for this workshop! If you bring your own mother hen or baby chick along, you can get a discount on the purchase of two tickets. Just select the “Pair” option below. (Kids ages 8 and above are welcome, but must be accompanied by an adult).

This is a level one workshop, which means that we will be spending some time at the beginning of the workshop covering basic watercolor techniques, from mixing color to using your paint brush, so that you feel more comfortable with the medium before we dive in to the main lesson.

Included in the cost of the workshop are all necessary supplies, as well as some light refreshments.

Note: If you would like to take home your own supplies when the workshop is over, just select the “Supply Kit” option at checkout. The supply kit includes a watercolor set, three brushes, and a few sheets of watercolor paper ($24 value, only $12 if you take a workshop).

After the workshop, the May We Fly Studio Shop will be open and all participants will have an opportunity to shop for 15% off.
